Your personal data is not stored on our web server. The data from the forms on our website is emailed to info@jacobitanks.nl and marketing.jacobitanks@gmail.com. After this data is emailed, it is deleted from the web server within 10 seconds. Your IP address is not sent under any circumstances.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by jacobitanks.nl and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization you have mentioned. jacobitanks.nl takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. Our security measures on the website:
- The data you enter via our website is only processed via a secure SSL connection.
- The URL for logging into the back-end of the website differs from the standard URL.
- The website is also secured by means of a special plug-in (for security reasons, the name of this plugin is not mentioned here).
- Our website does not store your personal data for more than 10 seconds. This is necessary to be able to email your data. Then deletion takes place immediately.
- Your IP address is not sent when filling out a form.
- The IP address we send to Google Analytics is anonymized.
- Since our website does not store personal data, your data is also not stored in a backup, making more information about this irrelevant.
- All login details related to the website are automatically generated by a password manager. These login details are also stored in this password manager. The password manager is also secured with two-step verification. All login details are retained as long as the website exists (online or in backups).
- Only 2 people have login details to the website (known within the organization. For security reasons, they are not mentioned here).
- Only 1 person has access to all passwords regarding the entire online business operations (known within the organization. For security reasons, this person is not mentioned here).
