Returns

Returns are free of charge if we have delivered an incorrect or defective product. However, there are limiting conditions:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receipt,
• You must ship the products unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are at your expense. If, after return, it appears that the product is not incorrect or defective, we may still charge return costs.

Products specially ordered for you, which are not part of our standard range, cannot be returned.

Would you like to return a product? Please contact us by email (info@jacobitanks.nl) or by phone: 0529 – 45 60 61
